Verify your identity when you need to change your order details (such as traveler name, delivery address)

In order to process your booking, we may need to use the information you provide to us to ensure your health, safety, and welfare during the event/travel, which is our legal responsibility.

Verifying your identity, preventing or detecting unlawful behavior, and protecting or enforcing legal rights: To prevent fraud and other criminal activities, we may verify your personal data with your bank or credit card provider, as well as relevant investigatory authorities. Contacting you to complete your booking: If you made a booking enquiry with us online but did not complete the checkout process, we may use the personal data you previously provided to contact you and help you finalize the transaction.
